Killesberg
It‘s one of the inner districts of Stuttgart. It belongs to one of poshest and expensive areas of the city, offering fantastic quality of residential properties with many turn-of-the-century houses. It is very quiet though close the downtown area. One of the most beautiful parks Killesberg with a tourist attraction of a steam mini train passing through the park is located here.
Thanks to its location at the hills it provides fantastic views over the city valley with its vineyards.
West
The largest of the inner city districts has many faces and is one of the most densely populated residential areas in Germany. This coherent area with buildings from the Wilhelminian time (West Germany) offers a wide range of specialist shops, gastronomy and cultural activities contributing to the special identity of the West.
Ost
This attractive districts draws on its quiet though close to downtown location. Frauenkopf belongs to one the most attractive residential areas in Stuttgart mainly due to its panoramic views thanks to the hillside location overlooking the city.
Süd
Lively & vibrant district preferred by young people offers a mix of newly built high quality apartments & ancient buildings. Especially the Heusteigviertel is one of the beloved areas amongst young Stuttgarters. A lot of boutiques, cafes and restaurants are scattered across this part of Stuttgart. It is however very densely built with very few garages, hence finding a parking spot on a street is considered close to impossible.
Degerloch
Degerloch in the south of Stuttgart is home to the famous TV tower of Stuttgart as well as many villas and quiet residential areas. It is a preferred location amongst expatriate community thanks to its proximity to the International School. It is close to forests and vast sports area with tennis, field hockey, ice hockey and climbing center.
