As Klaus Schwab (CEO of Siemens) says Fourth Industrial Revolution is “characterized by a fusion of technologies that is blurring the lines between the physical, digital, and biological spheres.” We do feel the revolution is having vast impact on the labour market and personnel mobility across the entire economy, not only through the displacement of workers by machines and technology but even more through the re-definition of existing jobs and functions.
