How do you check the creditworthiness of someone moving from abroad?

As most of the incoming expats do not have a credit rating in Germany, we request an employer confirmation from every prospective tenant and validate the tenancy history through references, when possible.

Do you offer fully managed services if I am traveling or living abroad?

For outbound expats who leave Germany and wish to rent their properties while abroad, we offer full-service property management: from hand-over from the landlord, to matching it with prospective tenants, to acting as one-point-of-contact for your piece of mind. We handle all the requests your tenants might have and also manage their utilities reconciliation once a year. When they leave we will manage the return of the property and look for a new matching tenant.

How much does it cost?

Depending on the value of your property we charge for the real estate agent matching fee between one to two monthly lease rate plus tax. For a full-service property management we tailor our service to your needs. Request a call back to discuss.
